For best accuracy, consistency and case life, anneal your brass after every firing. At a bare minimum, if slightly prolonging case life is the main end goal, anneal your brass after every second or third firing. In many cases, consistent annealing can help extend brass life by an estimated 3-5 additional firings per case.
